Dear Smith Families!

Smith PTSA is excited to announce the Before/After School Club Program for the 2024-25 school year! We are grateful to the Smith Staff for their support in helping us bring in more clubs this year!  We will have Running, Chess, Drama, Art and Rhythmic Gymnastics!

PLEASE NOTE-

Volunteers: To ensure the success of these clubs, we request all families to volunteer for one hour of supervision at some point during the year. This not only helps us meet the insurance requirements of the school/PTSA but also gives parents a special opportunity to engage with their students in a fun and meaningful way. While PTSA membership is not required for participation, each club must have at least one current PTSA member as a volunteer. If a PTSA member volunteer is not secured for a specific day, PTSA Law requires us to cancel that session.

Cancellation: If we are unable to secure a PTSA member volunteer for that day, we will do our best to notify families 48 hours prior to the class for a volunteer. If no one signs up, we will notify you of the class cancellation 24 hours in advance. However, we request you to be prepared for last minute cancellations due to volunteer no-shows.

Smith PTSA is responsible for running this Enrichment Program on school premises, which is impossible without your support through membership and volunteering. Please join/renew your *Annual Membership here: Become a Smith PTSA Member Now!
