Dear Parents,

Ready or not, it's time to say GoodBye! To our cute little Kindergartners who are now Middle School Ready...To waking them up at 8 AM...To Smith...To each other....So, let's come together one last time and send them off to their next adventure with an End of Year Graduation Party and Ceremony.

Here is what you need to do-

1. Upload Pictures for Slideshow-

• Upload two pictures of your child by 5/20 to their respective Teacher folder located at this link: Slideshow Picture Folders
• The rules for upload are- 
  • We recommend One Baby picture and One Kindergarten picture.
  • Images to be original jpeg/png format. Which means no cropped or enlarged images. 
  • School appropriate pictures that only show your child. 
  • Before you Upload check the file names to be "Student Full Name 1" and "Student Full Name 2". 
  • The name should be what parents want to be displayed on the Slideshow. Else we will use the registered First and Last name. 
  • If you upload an incorrect picture or duplicate pictures or without a name, etc. don't worry. Just upload the corrected version once again. You can put the word "FINAL" in it. We will delete duplicates.

2. Contribute Money for the party-

• • Our ask is $40 per student for the party.
  • You also have the option to buy a custom (with student first name) yard sign for an additional $18. Yard Sign Orders will close by 5/20. They can be picked up by 6/2. (Preview Yard Sign)
  • You can also make a bonus donation (any amount)to the party.

3. Purchase the Yearbook for your 5th Grader- 

• • Use this link to purchase your last elementary yearbook by 5/20 for delivery before Graduation Day.

4. Volunteer for the Party on the 16th-

We need lot of 5th grade parent volunteers for the party (before and day of). We will also need 4th grade parents for the ceremony on 17th. SIGN-UPs coming soon.
