Dear Parents,

Ready or not, it's time to say GoodBye! To our cute little Kindergartners who are now Middle School Ready...To waking them up at 8 AM...To Smith...To each other....So, let's come together one last time and send them off to their next adventure with an End of Year Graduation Party and Ceremony.

IMPORTANT TO-DOS:

2. SIGN THE PERMISSION FORM-

We will have an Inflatable Obstacle Course on Party Day- 90ft Mega Rush Obstacle. It's the same company from 2 years ago. Only those kids with permission will be allowed on it. Sign the digital form by 6/12-

3. Send Pictures for Slideshow-

• We need two pictures of your child to be sent to us ASAP if not done so already. Email them to 5thgraduation@smithptsa.org. Include student and teacher name.
• The rules are- 
  • We recommend One Baby picture and One Kindergarten picture.
  • Images to be original jpeg/png format. Which means no cropped or enlarged images. 
  • School appropriate pictures that only show your child. 

4. Contribute Money for the party ASAP-

  • Yard Sign Orders are closed. They will be available for pickup 6/9 onwards. (Preview Yard Sign)
  • If you are not attending the party/Ceremony let us know.
    

5. Purchase the Yearbook for your 5th Grader- 

• • If you forgot to purchase the Yearbook, and need it before last day of school, we have a few copies available for purchase. Email yearbook@smithptsa.org ASAP.
