Mark your calendars for a Winter Wonderland family night fun with your Smith community, on Dec 14, 6-8 pm at the Smith Gym. There will be a Gingerbread House contest that is free and open to students, adults, and children of all ages! You can form your own group of two to four people and choose a name.

Key details about the Gingerbread House contest:

• You can form your own group of two to four people and choose a name. 
• Please bring an unassembled Gingerbread house kit and candy (red hots, candy canes, jelly beans, m&ms, kisses, and any other candy you would like). Gingerbread house kits and candies are available upon request. 
• Groups will have an allotted amount of time to assemble and decorate their gingerbread house. 
• The Awards ceremony will take place at 7:45 pm at Samantha Smith's Winter Wonderland. 
• Award categories include: Best All Around, Most Creative, Most Festive, and People's Choice Winner. 
• A panel of local celebrity judges will select the winners. 
• The selected winners Gingerbread houses will go on display at school and winners will receive certificates. 

There’ll also be holiday crafts, food trucks, toy drive, hot cocoa, and much more.
