PTSA Members, please join us for the final PTSA Meeting of the school year...

What: PTSA Membership Meeting & breakfast
Who: All Smith PTSA members invited
When:  Tuesday, June 12th - 9-11 am
Where:  YMCA Community Room

Childcare: Families with Y Memberships may use the KidsClub as part of their membership.  If you are not a member of the Y, we will have limited guest passes available to use for childcare- please email president@smithptsa.org by June 9th if you require a guest pass for childcare.

This meeting will include a special THANK-YOU! breakfast honoring all the volunteers who've helped out this year. We couldn't run all the valuable programs and events without your support. Thank you!!!

There will also be a few small door prizes awarded to attendees.

Rough Meeting Agenda:
This is an especially important meeting since we will be voting in the 2018-2019 Board nominees (see below), reviewing the proposed budget for next year, and handing out awards.  [Link to proposed budget PDF]
