Join us in creating “Corona Rock Garden” at Smith
Covid-19 crisis requires us to be creative in the way we can connect with one another. Our Family and Community Engagement (FACE) chair, Danit Erlich, thought of a fun and safe way to connect by creating a “Corona Rock Garden” at our school. It will also be a reminder to spread JOY during the crazy time we are in.

Let’s see if we can reach the goal of 100 rocks! We invite everyone – school staff, parents and students to create special rocks as a part of our Smith family.

Instructions:
1. Choose rocks from your yard or at the park and paint them. Turn it to a fun, family activity.
Ideas: turn your rock to an animal, fruit, write an inspiring word or just paint it and turn the gray rock to a cheery rock. You can even sign your name, teacher and year.
2. The rock garden is located in front of the reader board at the entrance of the school. There's a small sign there. We will share the garden pictures on our PTSA Facebook page.
