To ENTER a Project in the Competition:
Who:  K-5 students may enter
When (Registration deadline):  March 22nd
When (Completed project deadline): March 29th (assigned time)
Where:  (Turn-in details will be assigned later)
Why: Promote STEM education, of course!!!
