Submitting Photos of Student Events:

 

Each year, Smith PTSA volunteers put together the school yearbook, comprised of student portraits and photos submitted by parents, teachers, and family members.  We need your help to show off what students have been up to throughout the year.

If you've taken photos at any of the school events or classroom parties, please share your best shots for possible inclusion in the Yearbook. 

The publisher suggests that photos be at least 300 dpi (which means, most files under 1 MB won't have enough detail for printing).

 

Some events we need photos from:

  • Activities like holiday parties, Toymaker, Safety Patrol, Book Fair, field trips and more... 
 
 
The yearbook is due to the printer in April so the Yearbook Committee needs all photos by mid-March for classrooms and April 1 for candids and Stem fair. 

 

To help us out, please follow these guidelines:

  • Send files of at least 300+ dpi or 1+ MB
  • Please include the student name and teacher
  • Send via email as file attachments (or file share link) to: yearbook@smithptsa.org
  • Or, if they are too big, you can share files using google share. 

Please send as soon as you can, so we have time to arrange them in the book before the next publisher deadline.
